What fresh hell is this?

I'm passionate about User Experience. I come across horrible, terrible things concerning human-machine-interfaces each day. Every now and then I'll find a gem. Once in a blue moon I'll have an idea.

  2. I would rip our prepaid electricity meter off the wall too if I could…but for different reasons entirely. Can you spot it? Yes, that is a non-standard keypad. 1 2 3 45 6 7 8* 9 0 # It’s been more than two years since Stellenbosch got these, and I still struggle to put in the pin code. Standards, anyone? Clearly no one at Actaris has ever used anything with a keypad.
